Here you will find older scratches, musings and other detritus that once were located on the front pages, but have now faded.

Filed away here to collect dust and cobwwwebs in perpetuity, links may break, facts may change and data may corrupt.

On occasion I may come down here to tidy, but for the most, I prefer to leave the past where it lies.

 

Stylesheets

Right then, stage one of integrating two seperate and currently conflicting stylesheets has begun. The monthly archives now sit on the same screen without breaking the logo.

One of the problems was differing tables required different style sheets to be applied. Whilst it was possible inline, it was more desirable to use an external link. Eventually I overcame the problem by wrapping the table in a seperate '

'
tags and therefore limited the second style sheet formatting. In hindsight, had I scripted both the seperate sheets from the start rather than retrofitting an old one it would have been much easier and more obvious.

Oh well. Next I guess is to try and physically consolidate the sheets to cut out repitition.
