Scratch

Here you will find older scratches, musings and other detritus that once were located on the front pages, but have now faded.

Filed away here to collect dust and cobwwwebs in perpetuity, links may break, facts may change and data may corrupt.

On occasion I may come down here to tidy, but for the most, I prefer to leave the past where it lies.

Bits n Bobs

Lots of things are currently occupying my time. Most are 90% done, but its trying to get that last 10% finally finished which is the hardest. Usually its the small nitpicky type jobs that are just a pain and you've left them to last for that very reason.

Oh well.

In the real world I need to...

  • Do some niggly minor bits of decorating around the flat.

  • Buy 2 picture frames, 4 lightbulbs, 4 skewers and a sealable container (for different , unconnected reasons before you ask).

  • Rebuild the EDTV.info"set"
  • Finish sealing the roof upstairs where the drainpipe enters the loft

...and in the not so real world...

  • EDTV.info is coming along nicely and should be fully finished by the weekend.

  • Write up Rome and put the photos up.

  • I need to configure the mail server (and subsequentially the MX records) so that the mail for EDTV works.

  • "Finish" this site, or at least ensure the stylesheets are nice n tidy, and that the archives all work.

  • Get the SCSI tapestore backup thingy to work

  • Upgrade this site to MT 3.12 (although this will cause hell with the templates and plugins).

  • Find my last to do list and see what I've missed from this one

  • Finish writing up all the events that I haven't had chance to

  • ...and at some point play Doom3, Civilisation3, Evil Genius, Manhunt and Xiii.

For some reason there is also something niggling in the back of my mind about moving house and getting married but I can't quite put my finger on it.

Sure it'll come back to me.
