Here you will find older scratches, musings and other detritus that once were located on the front pages, but have now faded.

Filed away here to collect dust and cobwwwebs in perpetuity, links may break, facts may change and data may corrupt.

On occasion I may come down here to tidy, but for the most, I prefer to leave the past where it lies.

 

Comments

I am not sure why but the majority of comments relating to the site are now closed. I can only assume I must have either run a script at home and it went a tad awry, or I uncommented and called some cgi at some point. Will open them up again later when I can manually do them on the database.

I must admit I thought it was intentional. I believe it makes the site up to date, and it could be seen as a good thing that people can only comment on current stuff.

This is true, although one of the main arguments against is that it stifles conversation. Perhaps I could put in a last 'five comments' type box...

So, for the meantime, fixed. :)
