Filed away here to collect dust and cobwwwebs in perpetuity, links may break, facts may change and data may corrupt.

On occasion I may come down here to tidy, but for the most, I prefer to leave the past where it lies.

 

Creole Cooking

I don't know about you but I love Creole and Cajun food and as such will be making a resolution in the New Year to better my knowledge, and as such, what better place to start than The Gumbo Pages. I wonder what other resolutions I can make for the New Year, and perhaps more importantly, which ones I can keep.

Gumbo, big fan of. There are lot's of southern restaurants (esp New Orleans/Louisiana specific ones due I presume to the lack of a city too live in. Anymore). Gumbo for brunch? Sir yes. NYC come to! PS whats "grammer"?
