Hmmm, lets see. $6m budget. Direct to video. No Paul Verhoeven. Gone are all the subtle political jibes, the depth, the army sensibility mocking resulting in a sequel that is everything that the first film was against. What appears in its place is a cheap schlock horror tale with gratuitous sex and accompanied by a hammy dose of bad acting.
