Further Information:

Ignoring the fact that I cannot imagine what services are required so that the service tower is bigger than the tower its servicing, but the energy required to make all those solar panels seems rather inefficient considering the payback. On an related note, this seems much 'greener'. And where better than to have your recycled bits than one of the worlds cleanest cities.
