Further Information:

The first LEED Platinum Carbon Neutral Building with the included line 'greenest building ever built, with zero footprint...'. Nailing that to the flagpole is bound to get people talking. Read some of the comments and whilst you get the humouress are perhaps more interesting - 'I believe a tee-pee is the greenest building ever built', there are some very valid points, especially Steve's.
